Michael Gray is the Managing Director of Carpenter & MacNeille. Mike joined the company in 2006 and has more than 21 years of experience in the field, including all facets of the design process for historic preservation, renovation, new custom-residential and light commercial projects. Part of the senior management team, Mike directs a staff of eight Architects and Designers and serves as primary contact for new design opportunities for the firm. He has been the lead Architect on signature C&M homes, including OakLedge (2006-2009), the Chrysalis Award winning, Chubb’s Hill (2008-2009), and Red Roof (2012-2014). 

Mike earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Salem State University. Mr. Gray is a licensed architect in MA, ME NH, NY and CT, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Mike is a member of the AIA, BSA & NCARB and is past President of the Manchester-Essex Rotary Club.
